The Westpac Stadium is convienently located in the heart of the Wellington CBD, a short walks distance from leading hotels in the area. We have agreements in place with these hotels located within walking distance so please enquire with our functions team and we would be happy to provide you with a dual quote for not only a professional conference but also an accommodation quote to suit all your requirements. At the Westpac Stadium we want to make booking easy for you!

 

Audio Visual Equipment

 With 10 years experience at Westpac Stadium, experienced Vidcom technicians will advise you on what equipment to hire for the best results for your function. VidCom offers an extensive range of state-of-the-art projectors, projection screens, LCD and plasma screens, infinitely expandable plasma walls and video conferencing. They are highly experienced in delivering organised, fully technically equipped, multi-media presentation set-ups and on-site staff for AGMs, conferences and roadshows.

Wireless Broadband Access

CafeNET

Pricing starts from as low as $10 for 24 hours access, perfect for your conferncing needs.

Car Parking

Ample and cost effective under cover function parking is available on the Mezzanine Carpark for a flat rate of $9.00 per day.  Parking is free for weekend functions, and  after 7pm on weeknights. Pay and display machines that accept coins and credit cards are located in the car park.

The mezzanine carpark is accessed via the ramp half way up the main vehicle ramp.  From the mezzanine carpark there is a central staircase that takes you to the main walkway level from which you can access the Stadium and your function room.

 

 

Mobility Parking 

For daytime functions, there are mobility parks available on the ground floor in designated parks outside reception.  For evening and weekend functions please  discuss your requirements (in advance) with the Function Centre co-ordinators 0800 478 234.
